Firmware Requirements

The WNK81TP requires:

  • Baseboard
    • FW v1.8+
  • Card
    • Agtech1 FW v1.12+ or
    • Bluetooth Card FW v1.2+

Wiring

Wire as below:

WNK81TP Agtech1 Bluetooth+
VCC (Red) Hawk IO 5 Hawk IO 7
SCL (Yellow)

Hawk IO 6 Hawk IO 5
SDA (White) Hawk IO 4 Hawk IO 6
GND (Black) Hawk GND Hawk GND

Device Manager Configuration

  1. Confirm you are on the correct Baseboard FW
    1. FW v1.8+
  2. Confirm you are on the correct Card FW
    1. For Agtech1 Card, FW v1.12+
    2. For BLE Card, FW v1.2+
  3. Add the I2C Action tab (see image below)
  4. Select the WNK81TP Pressure Temp Sensor option from the dropdown.
  1. I2C Address can be left at 0 to use the default address (which is 0xDA)
  2. Analog Offset can be set to the Analog you want to save the Pressure temperature to.
    1. The Temperature Value will be saved to the next one (i.e. Pressure in Analog 10, Temperature in Analog 11)
  3. Sensor Parameter 1: The Pressure mimimum.
  4. Sensor Parameter 2: The Pressure maximum.
    1. e.g. if the max value the sensor can read is 10 Bar, set to 10,000 and divide out on the server side to get 5 significant figures.
  5. Sensor Parameter 3: Can be left as 0 to use the default Temperature address which is (0xFE)
