Special Circumstances

There may come a time where you have a use case for one of our devices that requires that it is connected to the server via an LTE connection all the time. This kind of connection means that asynchronous messages will be received far quicker than they otherwise would be. There are numerous trade-offs however, contact support to learn more.

Stay Connected to LTE

Changing this to Yes will ensure that the device maintains a connection via LTE.

Upload Attempt Timeout (minutes)

In areas of poor coverage, the device will attempt to connect to the network for a set period of time before timing out and abandoning the attempt. This setting allows you to extend that period of time.
