Digital Matter has integrated the ability to pull device data in from pull device data in from JDLink to provide a central location for both Digital Matter devices and John Deere's connected devices onto Telematics Guru (TG). Some users may require the ability to send Digital Matter device data to JD Operations Center for the same purpose on John Deere's end.

TG has the ability to push Digital Matter device data on a timely basis -1 hour push*. 

*If the device has not updated their position in the last hour, TG will not push data for that device.

Telematics Guru Setup

Permissions required for the user to access and complete the integration setup is shown below. Please contact Digital Matter support if the permission is required.

The export device service will need to be added, authenticated and organization setup. Step are shown below.

1. Navigate to Admin → AEMP 2.0 (ISO) Device Services
   
   
    
2. Select Add AEMP 2.0 (ISO) Device Services and then John Deere Export within the window and select Add.
   
   
3. Select Authenticate via the cog menu and then login via your JD Ops credentials.
   
   
   
   
    
4. Once authenticated, link the JD Ops organization that the device will be directed to.

The devices will need to be added on JD with a nickname that matches the Digital Matter device serial exactly.
