Asset List
The Asset List report shows a snapshot of assets in Telematics Guru, including key identification, status, and usage information. When to use this report
Use the Asset List report when you need a current view of assets by Asset Type, Project, or Department. It is useful for checking which assets are enabled, reviewing basic device and asset identifiers, and exporting a simple operational list for further analysis.

Notes
| Note | Detail |
| Snapshot report | The Asset List report is a snapshot-style report. It is best suited to current asset information rather than trip history analysis. |
| Current Status | Current Status is based on the asset state configured against each asset, rather than being a fixed report-only value. |
| Custom fields | Custom field labels are organisation-specific, so optional field names can differ between environments. |
| Location-focused reporting | If you need current position-focused reporting, an Asset Locations report may be more appropriate. |
| Odometer and run hours | If you need to understand how odometer and run hour values are generated, link to the existing odometer and run hour support content rather than duplicating it here. |
