Telematics Guru can accept data from Pivotel SmartOne Devices.
To send data to Telematics Guru:
Ask Pivotel to point your Smartone device to
http://<device-region>.telematics.guru:8080When entering the device serial into Telematics Guru, please enter the entire serial, including any hyphens.
The device region in the URL is important to target the correct regional instance of Telematics Guru. Refer to this article for an explanation of the regions and the device specific URLs. A short summary is:

Based on which regional server your partner account is hosted you will need to use the related URL.
In Telematics Guru - select the SmartOne or SmartOne C device type and enter the device serial when adding an asset.
