I cannot see the Address Book
Your account may not have the required permissions. See Required Permissions above, or contact Digital Matter Support.
A contact is not receiving notifications
- Check the contact has been added as a recipient for the relevant alert, report, or schedule.
- Check their email address or mobile number is verified.
For further troubleshooting, see Why Aren't I Receiving my Email/SMS Alerts or Reports?
An email or mobile number is on the bounce list
This occurs after repeated delivery failures. While on the bounce list, Telematics Guru will not attempt to send to that address. See Bounce List above, or Contact Digital Matter Support to have the address removed.
