      Supported DM Gateways

      In order to read Dot Tags, Glows and Sensors, Digital Matter gateways will require FW updates to their BLE Module.

      Please see the release notes for the device of your choice for details of which FW version is required.

      Currently available (2nd February 2026):

      • Dart3 4G - BLE FW Release Notes

      In the weeks after launch (early February 2026), the following gateways will receive FW updates to facilitate Dot integration.

      • Hawk (requires Wired Provisioning Tool) - Updating the BLE Module FW
      • G70 4G - BLE FW Release Notes
      • Arrow Global BLE FW Release Notes
      • Oyster Edge FW Release Notes
      • Oyster3 BLE FW Release Notes
      • Remora3 Global FW Release Notes
